You can add labels to messages to quickly get organize or use it to split inboxes to better focus on the stuff you want.

Auto Filters

Want to set up auto labels or auto archive based on authors or keywords? You can in Linkeezy, similar to what you can do in Gmail. For example: If you want to archive anything with “AI”, simply add “AI” as a keyword in your automation rule and set Archive, so it skips your inbox view completely. No quotes needed when you enter it. The system will match: ✅ “We offer AI solutions” → Archived ✅ “Interested in AI tools?” → Archived ✅ Messages with “AI”, “Ai”, or “ai” (case doesn’t matter) The system will NOT match: ❌ “Check out Airbnb” → Not archived ❌ “Daily updates” → Not archived ❌ “Email me later” → Not archived

How it works:

Our keyword filter uses whole-word matching, which means it only looks for your keyword as a complete word, not as part of another word. Same for “Go”: ✅ “Let’s go to the meeting” → Matches ❌ “Check out Google” → Doesn’t match ❌ “I’m going tomorrow” → Doesn’t match Besides sending to the Archives, you can also setup automatic labels to append to your messages based on keywords or who sent the DM. Helping you automatically filter organize your inbox and allowing you to filter down to important messages faster. Give it a try! Log in here and start blazing through your LinkedIn inbox faster.
