- Labels to easily sort, filter, and split inbox messages
- Draft mode, to save messages you aren’t ready to send yet
- Schedule reminders to follow up on messages at later times
- Automatic labels or skip the inbox (archive) based on keywords or people filters you set
- Overview of the person, links to their profile and content, and notes section to leave comments about your interactions
- Text formatting and message signatures, like regular email
