# Compliance
Source: https://docs.linkeezy.com/compliance
At Linkeezy, our goal is to help you get more out of LinkedIn while staying fully compliant with the platform’s Terms of Service. We do not manipulate your LinkedIn experience, and we prioritize safety for your account above all else.
## **What We Do Not Do**
To be clear, Linkeezy never:
* Scrapes personal data or analytics from your LinkedIn account
* Manipulates the platform or injects buttons to alter the look of your profile
* Uses AI or automation to generate content, messages, or connection requests on your behalf
LinkedIn is built around **human interactions**. We respect that approach.
While we understand why some people look for automation for their LinkedIn, Linkeezy is designed to support human workflows, not replace them.
## **How We Keep Your Account Safe**
We follow LinkedIn’s API rules and avoid any actions that could violate their Terms of Service. We also monitor the API and Terms of Service for updates to ensure Linkeezy remains safe and compliant.
Even if you are not technical, below is a clear explanation of how we keep the tool and Chrome Extension secure for you.
### **DOM Modifications**
Zero. Our inbox script does not modify, add, or delete any HTML elements of your LinkedIn account. It simply listens for messages and makes safe fetch requests.
### **Observers**
We use a MutationObserver to detect URL changes (navigation) only. This is passive monitoring and does not interfere with LinkedIn content.
### **Technology**
Safe: Pure proxy, no DOM hacks.
### **Rate Limits**
LinkedIn monitors the number of requests made through their API. Since we rely on the "undocumented" Voyager API, we ensure our requests mimic normal human use.
* Do not attempt to manipulate or try to automate the features in Linkeezy
* Violating this could result in your account being flagged by LinkedIn and banned from using Linkeezy
### **Selectors**
We do not use CSS selectors.
### **API Method**
Network proxy via fetch requests, with rate limits respected.
### **Authentication**
Reuses your existing LinkedIn session cookie. No credentials are stored by Linkeezy.
## **Our Commitment**
We love LinkedIn and want to help you get the most out of the platform. Linkeezy is designed to **support human workflows, not automate or manipulate them**.

# Archiving
Source: https://docs.linkeezy.com/inbox/archives
Archive messages out of your main inbox manually or automatically, based on people or keywords. Linkeezy does not automatically archive anything directly in your LinkedIn inbox.
# Favorites

Bookmark your favorite people or important messages to quickly find them.
## What you can do with favorites:
# Inbox Labels
Source: https://docs.linkeezy.com/inbox/labels
Organize and quickly filter your LinkedIn inbox messages.
You can add labels to messages to quickly get organize or use it to split inboxes to better focus on the stuff you want.
## Auto Filters
Want to set up auto labels or auto archive based on authors or keywords? You can in Linkeezy, similar to what you can do in Gmail.
**For example:**
If you want to archive anything with "AI", simply add "AI" as a keyword in your automation rule and set Archive, so it skips your inbox view completely. No quotes needed when you enter it.
**The system will match:**
✅ "We offer AI solutions" → Archived
✅ "Interested in AI tools?" → Archived
✅ Messages with "AI", "Ai", or "ai" (case doesn't matter)
**The system will NOT match:**
❌ "Check out Airbnb" → Not archived
❌ "Daily updates" → Not archived
❌ "Email me later" → Not archived
### How it works:
Our keyword filter uses whole-word matching, which means it only looks for your keyword as a complete word, not as part of another word.
Same for "Go":
✅ "Let's go to the meeting" → Matches
❌ "Check out Google" → Doesn't match
❌ "I'm going tomorrow" → Doesn't match
Besides sending to the Archives, you can also setup automatic labels to append to your messages based on keywords or who sent the DM. Helping you automatically organize your inbox and allowing you to filter down to important messages much faster.

# Reminders
Source: https://docs.linkeezy.com/inbox/reminders
Set up reminders to followup with messages in the future.
## What you can do with reminders:
* Set a reminder on any LInkedIn message to a future date for you to follow up with. We have preset times you can select or you can use our customer reminder option as well.
* Reminders are then moved from your main inbox to the reminders tab. In there, you can remove reminders, change the reminder date, or respond.
* When your reminder date is up and you have not responded yet, it will go back to the top of the main inbox view and will be highlighted and will include the date your follow up was due by. Never miss important reminders.

**Here's what to do next:**
1. After you create your Linkeezy account, you'll be prompted to download the [Chrome Extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/linkeezy/nlkajcmlkkgiajbdfdbbicmjcffiheff). This is required in order for the Linkeezy application to properly work.
2. After you've downloaded the extension, go back to Linkeezy and click the "I downloaded the extension!" button on the pop up prompt. This closes the pop up and then our app automatically detects your extension is active.
3. Lastly, just ensure you have your LinkedIn profile open in another tab when you are using Linkeezy. Our extension fetches your active LinkedIn session to pull in your messages and content. Without the extension or your LinkedIn open in a tab, Linkeezy won't work. But don't worry if you forget, a pop up reminder will come up on the screen if LinkedIn is not detected.
## And viola! 🤌
If you see a warning about the LinkedIn tab, even if you have the tab open:
Just do a **refresh of the tab where you are logged into Linkeezy**.
Typically, when you click the "Open LinkedIn" CTA on the warning, that will trigger an automatic refresh of Linkeezy to sync and fetch. Done.
However, if you have LinkedIn open in a tab already and that warning pops up, it might already be in sleep mode, hence why you'll need to manually refresh Linkeezy to awaken the LinkedIn tab.
That will resolve this 99% of the time.
If it doesn't, it's possible you have a browser extension that is interfering with ours. We have yet to come across this in most extensions we use at the same time, but there is possibility of this. If that is the case, test disable extensions to see which is causing the problem.
***Note: our app and extension does not store any of your LinkedIn info, data, or content in the app. There is no data scraping, no AI, no auto replying or reacting, and no platform manipulation. You have full human control and that’s what LinkedIn should be, no bot or AI slop here. Read more in our compliance article.***
